Dato Dr.Teo has over 16 years of corporate and commercial banking experience, over 8 years in manufacturing and over 9 years in property development and real estate , all at top management level and in multinationals and conglomerates. He has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and management experiences with proven and consistent track records in the execution of strategic, organic and M&A business plans, driving business performance, transformation and turn-around management.

Since 3/2008 Dato’ Dr. Teo has been CEO of DPS Corporate Advisory Company Limited, Beijing, China(Member of Head International Group, which is the financial and management consulting arm of Head International Group (HIG). HIG is China’s leading products & services certification provider, and offers wide range of financial and management consulting services in mergers and acquisitions, post investment management services, restructuring and turnaround management.

Dato’ Dr. Teo currently served as Independents, and corporate advisor of two public listed companies in Malaysia, and board member of a China based company.

Dato’ Dr. Teo was CEO of Hong Leong Asia Ltd, Singapore, COO of Hong Leong Bank Malaysia, and Head of Corporate Banking Deutsche Bank Malaysia, and Group Managing Director of Tasek Corporation Bhd, Malaysia.

He was an Independent Non-Executive Director of Bank of America Malaysia, Investment Committee Member of Isola Capital Ltd. Hong Kong (Private Equity) and Octville Capital Asia (Hedge Fund), and Committee Member of the Bank Negara Malaysia Debt Restructuring Committee for SMEs.

Mr Ricky Koh has more than 35 years of experience in the construction , property development and mining contractor sector.

He has undertaken major construction ,mining and development work in Malaysia and Thailand

Ricky has also ventured into healthcare under his companies Natural Summit Sdn Bhd and icare Life Marketing Sdn Bhd where he distribute over 15 TCM certified Herbal products and provide Car -T cells Treatment

Mr Chan has also over 34 years of top management and corporate restructuring experience in a number of public listed companies , consultancies and fund management group. He also led the restructuring , business improvement and turnaround division of a business consultancy in Europe which has successfully assisted to expand and turnaround a number of businesses

At the age of 26 he became the senior general manager in MBf Holdings Berhad in charge of M&A , restructuring and new projects and help accelerate expansion of the MBf Group of companies and in value creation for Tan Sri Loy.

Mr Chan was the Chief Operating Officer of Rahman Hydraulic Tin Berhad , a publicly listed company in Malaysia that produced on average over 98% of all the tin concentrate in Malaysia during his tenure there. He has managed to reduce operating cost by 34% during his tenure.

He developed and injected the Selinsing Gold Mine into Target Mining PLC Australia. This mine was later sold to Monument Mining Limited , Canada. It was one of the most profitable gold mines in Malaysia with profit contribution up to over RM90 mil per annum – which is one of the highest profitable single mine in Malaysia.

He was also director of several public listed companies in Malaysia and has helped entrepreneurs to significantly improve net worth and shareholder values and several group of companies in accelerated expansion of their businesses.

He is presently heading the green technology and environment business arm of a public listed company in Malaysia and is also the director of Legasi Lestari Holdings Sdn Bhd, a leading sand mining and sand export group in Malaysia.

Mr James Koh has more than 37 years of experience in the construction ,mining and trading sector.

He has worked on undertaken major construction and development work in Malaysia and Thailand
He has also completed a number of mining subcontracts
James was also a major distributor of consumer goods and fashion accessories
